We build places where people enjoy getting to know their neighbours and where there is a real sense of community.

The concept is simple: we learn from traditional village patterns and design our new villages along similar lines so that they are pleasant and convivial places to live in.

Our houses are eco-friendly, use very little energy to heat and are arranged around village greens. We also believe everyone should be able to grow their own food so we provide allotments.

Now, we’re getting requests from people around the country who would like us to build in their area and others who are willing to move to a Living Village.
